Contract Servicing involves loan servicing functions for seller financed
transactions. In addition, AFTS provides services to other organizations
that service such transactions. Rent collections, lease collections,
property management, holdbacks,and other regular payment streams
are also serviced.

The ideal candidate for this position may have experience in:
    bank operations
    real estate sales (as sales person or support person)
    escrow  (as assistant or closer)
    property management
    loan servicing
    mortgage lending
    title insurance

This position is the primary support for the contract servicing
department. The duties of this position include daily tasks as well
as monthly and annual.  This is a Front Office position
and will be asked to provide backup and overload support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Customer Service

Main contact for customer service
  • Handling questions over the phone
  • Responding the e-mail inquiries
  • Responding to voicemail messages
  • Updating account information
  • Address changes
  • Disbursement information changes
  • Monthly developer and investor reporting

  • Operations Support

  • Setting up new accounts
  • <>
  • Posting and controlling daily payments
  • <>
  • Managing paid off/closing accounts
  • <>
  • Training for manager vacation/sick backup
  • ACH transmissions
  • Year-end 1099/8 Tax Statement coordinators
  • Updating marketing tools
  • Assist at department tradeshows
  • Daily balancing of operations and trust accounts
