Job Description
Provide customer service and support for ongoing and
one-time jobs and projects, primarily related to printing and mailing services
AFTS offers.
You will be part of our Operations Team, challenged
with assisting the team with it’s scheduled, reoccurring, and one-time jobs and
projects. You will be our customer’s
in-house advocate for their requirements. You will be a focal point for
communication between clients and AFTS.
Ideal candidates will have:

Excellent
organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Enjoy
a fast paced working environment

Detail
oriented, able to analyze requirements and schedule priorities

Experience
with document design software, such as PageMaker, InDesign, Photoshop,
including obtaining print quotes and submitting print orders to our vendors.

Fast
learner, not scared of new projects, challenges or software tools to learn
·
Comfortable
with multiple projects and deadlines, while working independently
·
Production
Xerox print or Full-Color printer experience a plus
As part of the Operations Team, your work may
include: Data loading, pre-processing,
graphic design, form purchasing, laser printing, assisting with inserting and mailing,
customer communication, and pre-sale marketing support, and project management
and planning. Additional duties will be
assigned.
Ability to work independently and as part of the
team, to deliver time-sensitive, detail oriented services to our customers that
demand and expect outstanding quality and service.
