AFTS offers AFTCHEX, pre-printed; pre-authorized checks that you deposit into your account just like any other check. No waiting for the checks to come in, and a very reasonable price.
We can print pre-authorized checks in booklets of up to twelve. Each check has the date it should be deposited on it. You can reference your customer’s account number on the checks as well. Actually, you can list up to three different account numbers, with corresponding payment amounts, and the check will be for the combined amount.
We suggest that you get a signed consent from your customer and keep it on file. Please note that, like electronic transfers, the customer can reverse these payments within 60 days of receipt of the bank statement.
